Description

Large scalenohedra of Calcite are covered with a dusting of glistening micro-crystals of Mottramite. A second phase of Calcite mineralisation occurs with the formation of lustrous transparent modified rhombohedra. Of the many Scalenohedra, only one has contact damage - the gemmy rhombs are in great shape. A large and attractive cabinet specimen which displays well.
