Description

A sweet specimen featuring a stacked arrangement of Fluorite octahedrons. The octahedrons are very sharply formed with satin to bright lustre, and are transparent green, so that the dendritic iron rich inclusions can be seen easily within. Several of the octahedrons exhibit the zigzag multiple terminations. The arrangement of big to small octahedrons in similar orientation creates a very aesthetic specimen. The colour and the sharpness of these octahedrons are better than those previously seen in the green octahedral Fluorite from locations such as New Hampshire.
