Description

A sizeable small cabinet specimen made up dominantly of bright apple-green coloured drusy Smithsonite crystals upon a solid breccia matrix from the upper oxide zone. Many multi-stacked prismatic crystals (c.1>2mm) with some  "sugary" second generation growth in places, forming a thick nodular accumulations. This specimen dates from the 1920s and the transparent crystals glow with colour.
