Description

A large and complex Bournonite crystal, silvery grey with a metallic lustre, and sharply formed crystal faces. The Bournonite has formed in flattened subparallel growth, with striated prism faces creating the 'cogwheel' effect the Bournonite is well known for. This is an excellent example from Bolivia, due the bright lustre and sharpness of form, and large for this location.
