Description

A single prismatic doubly terminated Mimetite crystal is the centrepiece of this thumbnail. The crystal is gemmy yellow with vitreous lustre measuring 1.9cm long and 0.3cm in diameter. The Mimetite is attractively positioned on a white and silvery matrix, and has small inclusions of the silvery material. Doubly terminated Mimetite crystals on matrix are rare.
