Description

A lovely single crystal specimen of Ludlamite from Huanuni, Bolivia, (probably the Huanuni Mine). The Ludlamite forms a sharp aesthetically placed single 0.7cm long crystal, showing some parallel growth crystal development. The crystal is a delicate translucent green set against the light brown coloured Siderite matrix. The crystal is damage free, lustrous and has excellent crystal form. The Siderite forms micro elongate clear to brown crystals, adding extra sparkle. A very aesthetic miniature from a classic locality for Ludlamite.
