Description

A rich specimen of ruby red Spinel in white Marble from the Sungate Mine, Vietnam. The Spinel crystals are octahedral in form with mirror like reflective faces, with many of the crystals to 1cm on edge showing gemmy areas. The crystals of Spinel are seen as clusters and individual scattered octahedrons. A very fine example of this Spinel from Vietnam.
