Description

A rich specimen of velvet green Malachite from the Tsumeb Mine. The Malachite forms velvety balls to 0.4cm diameter; and nests of silky needle crystals, richly investing the Dolomite and reddish Goethite matrix. The Dolomite forms white lustrous crystal pinnacles protruding above the Malachite. A fine specimen of Malachite from the Tsumeb mine.
