Description

A fine array of Calcite crystals from the old mining area of Pribram, Czech Republic. The Calcite has developed as two groups of well formed prismatic crystals. The crystals measure to 1.4cm tall, with high luster, and are quite gemmy to translucent with a light creamy colouration. The Calcite crystals mostly cover a sparkling drusy Quartz matrix. A pleasing example of Calcite from the Czech Republic.
