Description

A great example of Cassiterite with twinned crystals from the ancient mining area of Schlaggenwald in the Czech Republic (the area now called Horni Slavkov). The lustrous Cassiterites are mostly twinned crystals to 1.5cm, with a deep brown colour, contrasting nicely against the white masses of Feldspar. A fine collector's specimen of Cassiterite from this famous location.
