Description

A visually striking small cabinet specimen of Rhodochrosite with Quartz from the ancient mining area of Cavnic, Romania. The aesthetic Rhodochrosite displays well its central position. It forms a dome-like prominence, with a sparkling crystalline surface, and a fine pastel pink colour. The Rhodochrosite is nicely accentuated by a ruffle collar of lustrous Quartz crystals to 1.2cm tall, which really sparkle. A cute specimen of Rhodochrosite from Romania.
