









A hollow 'ram's horn' formation of Native Gold from El Infierno Mine, Venezuela. The horn is a bright metallic light yellow, with a height of 1.2cm. Areas of white vein Quartz are associated with the Gold. A great specimen of Gold from this now worked out location. The specimen has a net weight of 1.9g. Wires are the rarer form of crystallisation for Gold, and this specimen shows some development with striations along the length of the curve.
