A matrix-less single crystal specimen of very rare Schneiderhöhnite from the type locality at Tsumeb Mine, originally described as a new species in 1973. Schneiderhöhnite is a rare double Iron Arsenite. The very lustrous coal black crystal shows fine sharp form, with the faces faintly striated, and measures to 1.2cm tall. Schneiderhöhnite specimens from the Tsumeb mine are very seldom seen on the market these days.
