Description

Pale green spherules of crystallised 'Henwoodite', a ferrian variety of Turquoise, measuring to 2mm, are dotted over a black finely crystallised Goethite layer on a gossanous Iron-rich matrix. Overall good coverage and a fine example of a rare British type of Turquoise from a now defunct locality.
